ITB 2023 was a much-expected event from Albania My Way ltd to connect with the best of the tourism world, contract new partners, and learn new international trends.
We have been ready since 2020, but Covid 19 had us spend a lovely week in Berlin feeling afraid about the future. Truly happy that Covid 19 is in our past now.
We can describe it as a big comeback tourism show that lifted everyone’s hope for a bright future. Noticed how:
- participation of many local DMCs trying their best to attract travelers;
- new budget and luxury accommodations worldwide;
- a high number of tech companies offering intermediary or facilitation solutions; and finally
- on top of all the combined efforts to direct tourism on the tracks of sustainability and resilience, focused on local communities.
Our ITB was considerably better than we had anticipated. It was a great pleasure to have met face-to-face with some of our partners, created valuable new contacts, and awakened the hibernated ones. Get to know the last industry trends and new ideas from colleagues all around the world. We are part of an industry that involves the whole country and we have to be aware of the dangers and risks it presents, learning from countries who are leading the way on tourism sustainability & resilience.
Under the motto: “All you need is here” – Albania’s ITB 2023 stand was the hub to get Albanians together and actively promote our tourism agenda.
Meanwhile, the official website of ITB has posted several articles about Albania, like the link below describing how our rich diversity fits in a small country:

Looking forward to meeting partners and colleagues at ITB 2024!
